The San Andreas State Police is in charge of Law Enforcement services around the State of San Andreas. Contrary to popular belief, State Police Officers are not required to stay on the highways, they are able to respond to calls for service just as any other Law Enforcement agency. State Police also have many subdivisions available, not just to State Police Officers. Subdivisions such as the Tactical Team are open to all Law Enforcement Officers.
The Blaine County Sheriff's Office is in charge of Law Enforcement services around Blaine County. Deputies are primarily responsible for responding to calls for service, however Deputies are also able to help out wherever necessary; including traffic enforcement, DWI enforcement, or helping out other agencies in different jurisdictions. Blaine County has the distinct pleasure of offering the Paleto Bay Police Department as a 'sub-department' to it's Deputies.
The Los Santos County Sheriff's Office is in charge of Law Enforcement services around Los Santos County. Deputies are primarily responsible for responding to calls for service, however Deputies are also able to help out wherever necessary; including traffic enforcement, court/government building security, or helping out other agencies in different jurisdictions. LSCSO Deputies mainly patrol the unincorporated areas of Los Santos County, where LSPD does not have jurisdiction. However, Deputies may patrol anywhere in Los Santos County.
The Los Santos Police Department is in charge of Law Enforcement services around the City of Los Santos. Officers are primarily responsible for responding to calls for service, however Officers are also able to help out wherever necessary; including traffic enforcement, sniper anti-terrorism, or helping out other agencies in different jurisdictions. LSPD Officers patrol the City of Los Santos, including some surrounding suburbs such as Mirror Park and Davis.
The San Andreas Department of Public Safety Assistants is a department owned under the Department of Public Safety. Public Safety Assistants are primarily responsible for assisting Law Enforcement Agencies in any activity they require them to. Additionally, Public Safety Assistants are able to 'ride-along' with any Law Enforcement Agency, and are also in charge of Animal Control around San Andreas. Public Safety Assistants are certified Police Officers within the State of San Andreas and are able to arrest, detain, etc. anyone just as any other Law Enforcement Officer. PSA's are exclusively available to part-time officers only.
The Los Santos County Fire Department is in charge of Firefighting services for Los Santos County. Firefighters are primarily responsible for responding to calls for service, however Firefighters are also able to provide additional services; including HAZMAT and search and rescue. Additionally, all Fire Department owned vehicles are equipped with basic medical equipment to help aid in medical emergencies when an ambulance is not readily available. Firefighters are cross-commissioned with the LSRMC Paramedics as Emergency Medical Technicians and have received instruction on basic emergency medical procedures.

The Los Santos Regional Medical Center (LSRMC) Paramedics are in charge Paramedicine services around the State of San Andreas. Paramedics are primarily responsible for responding to calls for service, however Paramedics are also able to provide event emergency medical services where needed. All Paramedics are certified throughout the State of San Andreas to serve as Emergency Department staff in the various Hospitals wherever needed.
Civilian Operations is in charge of generating calls for service and scenarios for everyone in the server. 'Public' civilians are able to join the server at any time and create scenarios as normal, however 'Registered' civilians are able to use our CAD system, use member-only channels in Discord, and utilize vehicles and scripts not available to 'Public' civilians.
The San Andreas Communications Authority is in charge of Dispatching for all Public Safety agencies throughout the State of San Andreas. Dispatchers are primarily responsible for answering calls for service and dispatching resources as necessary to those calls. Additionally, some Dispatchers may be assigned to 'Field Operations,' where Dispatchers visit to the various repeater tower locations and maintain/repair them as needed. Dispatchers are trained in emergency response and may respond to downed towers.
